- 2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken strips, season with black pepper, and cook for 6–8 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until tender but crisp.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, add soy sauce, and toss to combine. Cook for 1–2 more minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and red chili flakes if desired. Serve hot.
