  • Optional: ½ tsp smoked paprika, a squeeze of lime juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Wash chili peppers, slice them (remove seeds for less heat), and mince garlic.
  2. Cook the Base: Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Sauté garlic and chili peppers for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Add honey, apple cider vinegar, and salt. Stir well and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Blend: Let the mixture cool slightly, then blend until smooth.
  5. Strain: Use a fine-mesh strainer to remove seeds and chunks for a silky texture.
