Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and onion; sauté until fragrant and translucent.
  2. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1–2 minutes.
  3. Add cannellini beans, vegetable broth, and Italian herbs. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Add ditalini pasta and cook until tender, about 8–10 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
